Roger Peterson has been a wanted criminal in Raven Brooks ever since he went through problems being around people since his wife's death. So people sometimes would go missing in town. One day, Roger mysteriously died as the police were looking for him. They were not able to locate the body. However. The police thought the Neighbor Himself was responsible for possibly killing his own Father. So when The Neighbor heard that he was being framed, he escaped to a different neighborhood so he would not be caught by the police. Nicky Roth was far away from town and was on the case of Roger's Disappearance. but he didn't know that Theodore had a very dark secret in the basement. so he when on the case and went to the same neighborhood that Theodore was in. Is the Neighbor Normal, or someone inhuman?
