This DLC with the puppet levels, cosmetic tags, technology sharing and continuous focuses can help your mod. NATO can benefit from the tech sharing, continuous focuses could help economic and military development simulation (China trying to be that I own most world the world's GDP while being a feared military power) and others you can think about but make it so you don't need it to run the mod |

this is the first DLC for HOI 4 so we have no idea how modding works, however the puppeting system might be part of the free patch, still this is all unknown -- Developer of the mod "Hearts of Iron : Modern War"
