Your party finds itself meeting a strange warrior in a tavern in the city of Athkatla. Little do they know that they are about to embark a treacherous trek through the frozen wastelands of the Spine of the World mountains.
Heart of Vengeance introduces two new NPCs which may assist you on your quest. Auron is a young, somewhat passionate human paladin in the service of the god Amaunator. Elyssa is a friendly, naive half-elven bard seeking her place in the world. Together with your party, you will help to determine their ultimate destiny.
There are treasures to be found in the Dale. Dozens of magical items, buried for centuries, now could be yours if only you have the strength to claim them.
