The prisoner is French. This pic is set in 1939 at the end of summer. September 7th 1939 French forces begin light fighting against German elements near Saarbrucken. In the mod this training mission will represent one of those skirmishes.

You should use namphibians m36 uniform for normal troops, the one in picture si model 1940
