The (Hard Core Tactical Mod) is a total conversion mod for Call of Duty 2. Here are some more pics from The Third Reich campaign. It may be a little difficult to see because the pics were taken during a snow storm, but if you look at it full screen it will be much clearer.

Yes he is a medic. Medics in the HCTM are passive for the most part and will only fight back when they are attacked.
One question Slikk, what is the function of the medics in this mod, they have a special skill?
The medics have no specific function. They are just there for ambiance. It would be nice to have them serve as a sort of health pack where the player would have to run up to them and press use for a period of time to regenerate health, but I’m not even sure if something like that could be done in CoD2 single player. But if something like that could be done in the game, I bet it would take a lot of work to make it function correctly.

Don't worry Slikk, is not neccesary, I prefer the regeneration health system of CoD2 in veteran mode.

Regeneration health is nice in Cod2 game.
Thinking back MOH Pacific Assault had the "call for medic"- "applying bandage feature" for the medics in game.
That's a hardcore medic, to be using an MG42 lol.
