Halout 3, the total conversion mod for Fallout 3!
Description
This patch gives Rebel soldiers dragonskin armor and Elites Covenant weapons. This has been tested and works, however I have not played through the game with it. The Covenant weapons can do some damage so it might be hard to kill Elites at a low level.

this rocks although, yes it does suck to kill elites, they are hard xD
Well actually killing a elite as a marine would be hard so it adds realism to the mod.:D
Yeah, make it a little easier but still make it challenging so it's more realistic.

When you download the mod where do you put it in the fallout 3 files cuz it wont show up when i click on the data files when the game loads
