reworked backup system now they no longer spawn on the map instead now the player gets one backup radio with kills now this is the list of back ups and kills

every 10 kills you get one Marine squad backup

every 35 kills you get one Spartan backup

every 45 kills you get one Warthog backup

every 50 kills you get one Falcon backup

every 110 kills you get one Scorpion Tank backup

every 150 kills you get one Pelican backup

new sound effect for the Elite's shield break and Brutes Armor break
