Cold Shift is a mod which takes you back to Black Mesa during the resonance cascade in the style of Opposing Force and Blue Shift. Cold Shift has 9 chapters, 6 taking place in Black Mesa and the other three taking place in an abandoned arctic base which you are teleported to before leaving Black Mesa. You play as Andrew Smith, a 24 year old scientist who worked in Sector H Research and Development before the incident.

IMO it looks too empty.
1. Try to match up the floor texture (i hope you know what i mean).
2. Expand those walls. For example: Add another layer of wall with a slight slope and change it's texture. Try to match up the lower texture to it's orignal height (128 i think).
3. Roof is way too open for a "lobby". Try "closing" the roof a little bit and maybe add some glass.
4. The upper area IMO is too large and remember that the larger the room is, the more detail you need to make it loook good.
Detail can be anything, a ladder, trash cans, npcs, sofas, paintings, screens, pipes, ventilation, cables, electronics, different floor height, single tiles ripped from the ground, rocks, small models, plants, DECALS(highly recommended), crates, chests, barrels etc.
Remember to use things like "func_detail", "func_illusionary(detail can do it too and more realistic)" or even "clipbrush"
Sorry for my english, i hope everyone will understand whatever i just said.

1. usually i'm pretty good at spotting texture mishaps like that, oops! it'll be done.
2. i kinda know what you mean. might have to edit the scale of the room though.
3. i didn't realise how awful the top of this room looks! thank you!
4. yeah i kinda was thinking it was too large but dismissed it.

thanks for the feedback man. also, your english is just fine, don't worry!!
