Since i've now found out that mod db was for game mods, not some other kind of mod (FortyOz aka gorilla would never really tell me either way), now I'm listing us here. This will be filled out later.
The "one bump" Fire

Description
In gta2, you would be on fire, and then one more
bump and you'd blow up, but you wouldn't
just eventually blow up while on fire. This is now
possible in GTA3 thanks to Ghost Master 2000.
