GTA Srbija je mod napravljen od strane Borisa Dojčinovića. Počevši od najsitnijih detalja, tekstura objekata, pa do automobila i radio stanica, sve je napravljeno tako da se igrač oseti u domaćoj atmosferi. Ono što donosi revoluciju u svetu GTA modova jesu radio stanice. Urađene na nivou Rockstara, sa voditeljima koji pričaju na srpskom i kompletnim radijskim programom prilagođenim za naše podneblje, igraču pružamo nešto niakd viđeno. Uz to, na radio stanicama se pojavljuju, u vidu specijalnih gostiju ili voditelja brojne poznate ličnosti. Coby, Fox, Miloš Milaković(aka Ćićo iz Dnevnjaka), Ludi Srbi, Teša Tešanović, Električni Orgazam, Vlada Panović(šef narodnog orkestra RTS) i Roki Vulović su samo neka od imena ljudi koji se pojavljuju lično na radiju u igri.
