Intro:
Cut Scene: You see the character in jail,talking to his friend, "It was'nt my fault, don't blame it on me!"he is saying. And they keep agueing.

1st cut scene: Then after that you see a man with a black cover over his head and he storms the place and kills your friened, you quickly hide behind the bench, and the mad man keeps shooting, then leaves.

2nd cut scene: You grab your friend's gun, then shoot the lock open from the cell, you brake loose.

· Sign post with area speed E.g. 70kms/ph
· Roadwork guys.
· Can be male or female.
· Lots of Safe Houses can enter all of them and they all have garages.
· More Cars.
· If you buy a gun they always appear on that island's Safe Houses.
· Harder to get busted must to be pinned to the ground.
· Can be employed. E.g. by Amunation, Hardware store etc.
· No health upgrades.
· Parked cars on road are locked.
· If you smash a door of a car you can get in.
· Massive Car parks for malls.
· More Missions.
· Street names.
· More dirt parks.
· Skate parks.
· Can ride Roller blades and Skateboards.
· More places to rob.
· Fire and paramedic missions in a helicopter.
· Hills everywhere.
· More boats and planes.
· You start with nothing
· You can't drive through trees.
· Player must show health conditions, eg (if 1 health must have a lot of blood showing)
· More Airports.
· Should be able to get NOS.
· Should have bus driving missions.
· Should have more Universities.
· There is a secret back ally on every island where you can buy everything, even illegal tools. E.g. Lock picks.

The numbers in brackets aren't the maximum ammount of people, it's just a general ammount required.
Map Designers: (10) Design the maps for the game. (There are 5 islands)

Vehicle Designers: (10) Design what the cars look like. (Then scan your pics onto the computer and send them to the Vehicle Modeller)

Vehicle Modeller: (10) Models the cars into the game.

Character Designers: (10) Design the characters shapes.

Animators: (10) Does the cut scenes and the movements for the game.

Programmer: (10) Programs the game installation and configurations for the game.

Audio: (10) People get their voices recorded for the game.

Sound Editors: (10) Edits the Audio peoples voices for the game.

Mission Designers: (10) Designs the mission and what you have to do.

Weapon Designers: (10) Designs new weapons for the game.

Skinners: (10) Designs the characters looks.
