Members - GTA EFLC Map Updates to GTA IV mod for Grand Theft Auto IV

This modification will bring the map updates to all 3 games. Not only the map updates but other things that were updated such as characters, TV, ect... but the main part of this is the map. This mod will also be set up so other modders can put their maps onto this and have their map working in all 3 games.
