I don't want to sound mean or anything, but this is not what I would consider to be something called a "conversion" of the mobile version to PC. A lot of the assets feel jarring and out of place (why's Tommy Vercetti from VC here as a ped?), there's a lot of unnecessary files that shouldn't belong — some of which that appears to be important installation leftovers — that just bloats the file size of this more than it realistically should be, too many redundant or unneeded "fixes", and very unorganized mod pack.
At the risk of sounding like "I can do this better than you can", I've been working and attempting to make my own modpack aiming to be as faithful to the mobile version to my limited abilities by putting together pre-existing user-created mods to match the intended effect and possibly expand on it by taking advantage of what the PC version can bring to the table.
