I like the idea of this mod, but I see a bunch of things that doesn't need to be piled onto this mod pack, along with some mods that are outdated or may have been replaced with another similar mod.

1.) The folder structure seems to be a mess with some mods strewn about and possibly in places they shouldn't be in. Most ASI script mods (e.g. SilentPatch, SKyGFX, CLEO, GInput, Widescreen Fix itself) can be placed within the "scripts" folder after setting up ThirteenAG's Widescreen Fix since it's also his Ultimate ASI Loader mod for games like GTA III, and I also noticed some leftover files like the dvrmag.dll (or something similar) file from a newly installed copy of the game itself, which probably shouldn't be in this mod at all besides legal reasons as it serves no practical purpose other than its SafeDisc DRM.

2.) Some mods are not needed at all with this pack. Namely, ENB is a moot mod fix that isn't needed at all for converting the game from DirectX 8 to 9; ThirteenAG's Widescreen Fix already has a D3D8to9 converter on its own which SkyGFX depend on, and speaking of SkyGFX, its latest version as of writing can also re-create a similar look to the mobile version of the game by tweaking its .ini file. The "no trails" CLEO script that is included in this pack is also redundant as players can either turn off Trails from the options menu, or if they need it for SkyGFX but don't want the motion blur, there's the Sharp Trails ASI mod that can do just that with better results. There are probably some other redundancies I may have to look into more with this mod pack.

3. Is it possible to add high-res/HD quality mobile version-styled menus, HUD, and splash/loading screens (or if there's anyone willing to recreate these elements in high-resolutions)? Widescreen Fix has a few with its optional Widescreen Frontend Pack but some don't quite match up to the style of the mobile version or very low resolution. I do see some examples of mobile-styled UI elements from this mod pack by dimzet13 (http://dimzet13.3dn.ru/load/gta_3/textures/anniversary_conversion/10-1-0-80) but many elements of this mod are low resolution.

4. Can this mod be hosted on other file sharing sites and divided into multiple volumes for quicker downloads (e,g, 4 ~500MB parts instead 1 whole 2 GB file).
