Soooo it's like Vice City era, yet GTA San Andreas logic?? This sounds interesting and shouldn't be too hard to do since they're off the same engine. But that means you'll have to use in-game clippets from Dan Andreas radio stations and all the music from VC...
San Andreas reimagined in 80s,I try don't use sounds or something from Vice City, I do not want a simple "transfer" the Vice City to San Andreas that is why I try to do the mod the most original possible, Wanting to show the game in the era of Vice City but from the perspective of San AndreasWith the history of Carl, gangs and such in the 80 years.
