The Genesis mod is an addon mod for Freelancer by Digital Anvil/Microsoft that works in Open Single Player, putting you into the game just after the original campaign has finished. Sol has been rediscovered and re-colonised by the Four Houses. There's plenty to do and rebuild, although a heavy Nomad presence has also been detected. Pirates have also flocked to humanity's home system. Traders beware. Version 1.4 is a massive update to the previous version

The Sol system addon, comprising ten systems that have been added (each planet has its own system) is very, very loosely based on Mephistopholes' Sol mod. I have re-textured all of the planets used, using the latest NASA satellite images. I've redone all the solar infocards for all the systems, using up to date information and made all the minor moons available to see on the navmap and positioned them to taste. Systems have been resized as well. In fact there's not a lot left of his mod at all, but i did start out with it as a basis for the Sol systems, so only fair it gets a mention.

I bought a nomad bomber and he's invisible! Why?
Deactivate the mod, edit the main Nomad Bomber.xml, open it up with Notepad or similar, and change this line, addon = cloak_nomad, HpCloak01, 1 to ;addon = cloak_nomad, HpCloak01, 1. I left the cloak in by mistake, save the file, re-activate it.
i dont know this mod my friend is a little laggie and i dont know why ? i got a core i7 processor and two gtx 1080s should be enough lol. let me know my friend i will open a bottle of banana beer on planet primus with you cheers.

Can anyone help me? I started playing Genesis 1.4 OSP but I got stuck in beginning sector. There are no gateway or anything not even base or a planet I can dock with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi. Whenever I try to double click on Genesis 1.4 OSP it starts but then says access is denied to a certain file and then another message saying a file might be corrupt. Help please. TIA
