Due to problems with the sage engine, we are
forced to use dozers. So here is the Soviet
Construction Dozer.
When a condozer is destroyed, the Consrtuction
yard will automaticly replace it. The condozers
are capable of building all structures, save for
one, the construction yard. if you are careless
enough to alow your construction yard get
destroyed, the condozer will also be killed.
