Hmm, is there any way to make the clone gunner move along with the Attack animation's like his head and body in a quick motion bouncing back and fourth along with the canon firing that would be pretty cool other then that the animation's are sweet man you did well with it.
Yes, I can make that, but I skip it, because it's not so important and it will be very hard to notice ingame. It's the same as the moving pilots for LAAT and fighters

Would it be possible for the pilots to match the invading army's colour? Oh, and will there be a campaign? Or random missions issued by the chancellor sometimes ingame? Like an invasion of a certain world. Or defend against something. Basically scripted events incorporated into galactic conquest?
Also have you thought about adding minor factions?

i dont know but if this is still ur walking animatiopn u should take a closer look on games like Battlefront 2
On BF2 the walking animation is not correct. It's simple, with no vertical movement. This one is made acording to the movies and TCW
Will the gunner model change when the Tech level uptades? When you unlock phase 2 armor.

I feel like the firing animation need more of a knockback, and the cannon should go fly upwards a little more when firing to give it a feel of high impact
