Finally the Phase 2 Cold troopers are equiped for battle :)
And the last picture shows the Phase 2 flamethrower trooper. This will be the armour for both normal and cold planets. You can notice the red markings on the frontal armour
As usual, we are expecting your feedback for all of them :)

Bloody Brilliant!

So this is probably going to be a set of stupid questions, but I just wanted to clarify, will the Cold Troopers be a separate recruitable unit? Or will our generic clones simply take on this appearance when deployed on cold weather/snow planets?
Also, are there any plans to give the CIS similar gear? I'm unsure if they bothered painting their droids with such wintery colour schemes but it'd be cool none the less! Apologies if these are indeed stupid questions! Feel free to an a day to the release date for each stupid question!
Cheers

Actually, CIS has battle droids in snow camo, see here: Moddb.com
Oh cool! :)
That part of my post can be disregarded then!
This is only a camo armour for generic and some special clones for snow planets :)
Oh cool!
Will those 'special' clones be imparted with bonuses when used on snow planets?
By special I meaned named units like the 21st Nova, 104th battalion and etc. :)
I really like their helmets, you did a jolly good job on them. Although they aren't 100% like the originals, I like it the way that you made them. Once again, good work.
Where do you think is the difference?
The thigh part, the Galactic Marines did not have any kind of armor there. Also, the bandoliers are missing, and the armored armlet should be on the right arm. But I appreciate your design too :D
Only the flamethrowers don't have bandoliers, just to make them different, all others have, actually the captain has 2 :)
I know about the thigh, but it's hell of a work for something that actually is not that bad. And actually why not armour for cold planets, not all of them are warm enough just for some pants, even a special ones :)
That's a nice idea about the bandoliers, actually.
Well, as I said, this design is good too, and I saw already that GMs are without the thigh armor, so that's fine by me :D
he looks evil :/ why was he made that way lucasarts O why
Evil? How dare you call the liberators of Mygeeto and Toola "evil"?! Maybe you think that B1 battle droids look like good guys, eh?!
Also, it wasn't Lucasarts who is responsible for the design, get your facts straight.
Well, if you just look at them and ignore what they did, I must agree with yoyor, they look a little evil. I think they are designed by Lucas that way. After all they are the first units that actually look imperial in the movies and we see them for the first time during order 66. I think it's a very clever transition between Republic and Empire
Yeah, actually Lucas wanted for Phase II helmet to look like a mix of the Phase I and Stormtrooper helmets. Nearly the same with the ARC-170 pilots - mix between the rebel helmet and the TIE pilot one.
