That ending scene for episode 2, where the forces of the Grand Army of the Republic are marshalled was their most glorious moment if you ask me. Hearing their engines roar as they soared above the amassed divisions.

Heading out to ensure the Republic's Sovereignty among the stars.

Shame the Republic fell like it did.

Yeah, it was pretty impressive. Actually a picture of that scene is most likely to be our loading screen :)

Brilliant looking model! Can't wait to see more! Will this be used as a troop transport as well? Like will we see it landing in landing zones deploying clone battalions, or at least the unique ones? Or will that be done through other means like LA-ATs and their variations etc..

He will transport anything larger than a platoon. Also it will be a ground unit, as you can see here(old model, just code testing):

I was thinking about the grey variants b/c the mod i'm playing to has a limited buildable number of those Acclamator from the Open Circle. But nevermind, it would be useless

Ah, now I see what did you actually are asking. We won't make the grey Empie Acclamator, but we will make standart Republic Acclamators, with the red markings, but without the specific red and yellow circles for the Anakin's fleet. The Open Circle Fleet will have only limited umber of ships(Venators, Acclamators and some other small ships), it will be a hero fleet and the Acclamator will be the transport for the 501st and Torrent companies

Nooo! The Open Circle Fleet isn't canon even in Legends! It was made up by a confused graphic artist who thought that symbol was special when in fact it was just the generic symbol of the Republic Navy.

Well, they are usefull for recognition, as e.g. only the Open Circle Venators will have the SPHA attack ability. So it will be good in tactical plan to know with what are you fighting when you are with CIS. This will be good for balance :)

It's not a generic symbol because in ep III you can see 1 or 2 Venators with no Open Circle symbol at all

Description

Hi guys. Here's my small update :)

The Acclamator-class assault ship was developed by Rothana Heavy Engineering, a subsidiary of Kuat Drive Yards and was designed in a dagger-shaped fashion, akin to the Venator-class Star Destroyer. It was manned by a minimum crew of 700 staff, and could ferry upwards of 16,000 clone troopers and countless AT-TEs, Republic gunships and speeder bikes. In order to monitor ground movements and coordinate attacks, each clone trooper held a tracking device in their helmet that allowed controllers on Acclamator-class ships to better establish a picture of the combat zone. Their versatility and role as a troop transport proved essential during the Clone Wars.
