A Mod based on the Sci-Fi Space Game Galaxy on Fire from DS Fishlabs.
The mod is mostly focused on Space Battles between the factions of the Game.
What I'm planning to implement:
- Ships from GOF2 together with weapons inspired by the game and custom sounds
- Vossk / Terran War and Nivelian Civil War as eras
- Maps with either the Stations or the Capital Ships from the Game
Since this is my first mod and I'm still learning, this will probably take a while. But I will probably release some demo maps now and then.

Update: After leaving this abandoned for a while, I might continue the mod, because I'm actually motivated to start making mods again. I also renamed the mod to "Galaxy On Fire Mod" instead of "Galaxy On Fire 2 Mod", because I might even try to use assets from Galaxy On Fire: Alliances.

I'm completely on board, I played Galaxy on Fire on the bus to and from High School. Put the ships from that game into my favorite game ever and we got a deal.

I have to get back into modding a bit more again until i continue this mod though, because i kind of forgot some stuff. So I'm making a smaller map atm to get back into modding
And i organized the assets horribly last year and i definitely have to fix that lol
If you plan to focus on space battles, you should make better space AI, because the current one kinda sucks. Bots just fly around and kamikaze into ships
