Description
I've just released a small script that will essentially mean 'game-over' upon crashing.

What it essentially does is force prevent the re-spawning/reseting script from completing, so you will remain dead - i.e. the game will not let you do anything apart from stare at your wrecked vehicle and dead avatar. But you can still operate the fly camera via window mode and look around
This was something I just came up with while messing round with some files.
