Question about one mod function Thread - FUEL: REFUELED mod for FUEL

Sorry for my bad English) I'am Russian)
I have one little question about one mod change. In the one of patches, in changelog, i saw, that the size of map was increased by 20> percent.
Can i ask you for detailed description of this change? How did you increase map? I asking, because i dont see any changes of size map in the game with this mod.
When i try to go out of zones, my screen is shining and i respawn in the zone, like it was in vanilla game)
Can you increase map about 50-70%? Truly Fuel fan need MORE place to drive!!
