The mod you are trying to view has ceased development and consequently been archived. If you are a member of this mod, can demonstrate that it is being actively developed and will be able to keep this profile up to date with the latest news, images, videos and downloads, please contact us with all details and we will consider its re-activation.

The modification’s main focus is to recreate the jungle and urban combat experience of the Vietnam War. The mod will almost take an anti-war stance by showing the brutality of combat. This will be accomplished by adding many elements of realism to the game-play, while keeping it fun for the casual gamer. Maps will be based around teamwork, forcing players to cover one another in order to capture certain areas in the map. Once a side has captured all areas of the map, or has completed all objectives in the map, they will be declared the winner and a new round will start.

From Da Nang to Saigon is a new Half-Life 2 mod now in development. Based around the Vietnam ware, DTS will let players choose to fight as either a United States Marine or a North Vietnamese Army soldier. Each team will contain several classes with multiple different weapons, gadgets, and explosives. The mod will focus on realism, while attempting to keep the gameplay fun for the casual gamer- a challenge, we know.

The team started out working very hard, and we are trying to keep this momentum in order to bring you a finished, and well-tested product as soon as possible. We obviously do not have any set, or expected, release date as of yet, but stay posted for more updates and visit our website at Dts.mako-network.com
