Started when it seemed like Freeworlds development was going to be discontinued, a few like minds have gathered together to develop the next incarnation of the Freeworlds mod. The mod will be set in an era shortly after that of the movies, with the Empire still in control of Coruscant, the New Republic in its infancy, and a galaxy full of characters, both legal and non-legal, vying for either the control, or the freedom of the galaxy. New Republic or Galactic Empire, Jedi or Sith, the choice is yours.
Doorway to the Hapes system. Home to the Lorrel Raiders, this system is another of those currently under development. The concept art you are looking at is literally the bare bones of what we have planned. We are planning something interesting to differentiate the mists from other systems very distinctly, but it will take some doing to pull it off right. It should be quite pleasing, or merely interesting in the least.

Oh, btw, the ISD Andromeda pays homage to a previous developer of Freeworlds. It will likely become a Hapan ship, as old Dro was always- at least in my mind- identified with the Hapes Consortium.
