It seems that there are many problems with this mod, and that is because of my own fault - I released far-from completed mod and used vanilla CoH 1.0 .module file in it (which means that it may not work on CoH OF or CoH ToV or it works not as intended) and I am really sorry for that. I will try to fix it as soon as I can, but for now, only thing you can try is to use "-mod" tag instead of "-modname" in Steam launch options or on your CoH shortcut ("-modname" is outdated CoH v1.0 tag which was replaced by simple "-mod" at some point").
