Alliance are a serie of different mods. On the Star Wars GC, you can play the civil war Empire vs Rebel era + Black Sun and soon the Republic and CIS.

When I complete at least two sides with the Empire and Rebel Alliance and by the moment I have added more of 100 units.

So will it have just as diverse a unit list as alliance?

Yes, the same amount of units when all sides be finished. With only the empire and rebel alliance the amount will be smaller.

Looking forward to it! Will you model the turrets etc. for those ships or leave them flat as they are now? And do these count as Super-Caps?

SOASE has not turrets as FOC. These units from image are builded as a single fleet, they count at your cap if you request them.

But the Assertor is at my FOC mod and it looks equal, if I add many turrets at units like these, you will see a lot of lag, if you have seen mods with thousands of turrets at units, probably it is because they are smaller mods or unfinished mods where they have not seen the real problems from this feature when it is added for all units.

You could use simple bricks... no high polys, but something that brings it to look a little bit more real?

(Sorry for my english, its not my first language...)

If you add 50 turrets to one model, even if them are low poly, the amount of poly will be very big. It can not be made without affect to the performance from the game, do you want play with lag? probably no. This rule is equal at SOASE than at EAW/FOC or other game.

Is there a place where i can view the mods progress? I would really like to track this! Or is it only on your website since that's the only place i can actually see it. But if it's the only place then that's fine :)

Sins makes EAW space combat look pathetic lol, but EAW is still amazing.

I do not agree, the space combat at eaw is a lot better because the configuration from weapons can be more complex. EAW is more close from a simulator than SOASE and SOASE is more a RTS with very huge battles.

But both are very different games and I enjoy them.

True true, I'll give you that. And I cant say that I don't appreciate EAW, I love it, but it is slowly but surely falling behind.

Description

I continue working a lot at EAW but I have not forgotten SOASE Rebellion, the last addition to it is the Assertor.
