Description
Another addition, walls with weapons. There will be a different design for the Rebels, Empire and Black Sun. This designs will be shared with other factions.
Before you think about it, it will be light weapons, they will have not the power from a normal turbolaser turret and they can not damage some special units as a AT-AT.
Any anti-air wall segment variants?

Seems like tower defence to me.
It is similar but.......it is a new concept of structure never made before. In fact it is a additional structure with its position in the ground map.
Will the walls, or at least the turrets, be destructible?
The turrets are destroyed with the wall, however, you do not need destroy all the wall at 100% for destroy the turret. But the walls can support more damage than other structures.
The unique point, it is how the weapons are not too powerful and they are slow and bad for most of the fast air units. But at a fortress like the image........perhaps you do not need too accuracy.
Can they be rebuilt?
It runs as the turbolaser structures, if you do not conquer the planet or destroy all them, they will be forever in the planet.
