Victoria 2: Heart of Darkness mod |

A Converted EU4 save full of custom nations, loosely based of off an old EU4 save I started a year ago, with only one custom nation (Fredrickeslande, the game was 1444 - 1750 &/or 1800) & Is a little modified to fix some errors because of the conversion, look at comments & rate/review mod pls :>) (is in development so might be a little broken/cursed so keep that In mind pls)

FLVictoria Is compatible with map mods, flag frame mods & maybe music mods.

The mods I know this to be compatible with, are: Belle Cartographie (Map Mod) & Big Flag Frames for Victoria 2 (Flag Mod), Both can seemingly run together.
