THEME:
Finnish eastern front line trough 1939-1944. Small army of Finland stands
against might of Red Army on various battlefields in both Winter War and
Continuation War. Mod that shows the side of World War II which is usually
forgotten.
TEAMS:
Two different teams with unique weapons and features. Headstrong soldiers
of Finnish army versus gigantic power of feared Red Army. Clash of two
completely different ideology, army and goal.
GAME TYPES:
Additional to normal game types like attack/defend area or destroy/secure
object Finland at War mod will have ”overrun” game type where one well armed
side defends their position and when ever one of them dies he changes to
attackers side, if defenders manage to stay alive given time they win. To win
opposite side must eliminate whole defending team.
SPAWN SYSTEM:
Finland at War will have both limited/unlimited spawns per match and single
life per match depending on game type and map. Also on certain maps that
bases on real battles spawning will be limited so that it fits on historically.
REALISM:
Realism mod without sacrificing game play. Getting injured to different body
part will cause you lose some of your abilities so one shot doesn't necessary
mean death. Iron sight, shoulder and hip firing modes. Realism modes can be
modified by server admins to suite best servers needs.
TEAM WORK:
Men next to you are your best hope to survive. Staying in team will provide
you and your team better morale what means better chance to survive. Morale
will boost your accuracy, movement speed and other physical conditions.
LEADERSHIP:
Leaders will give extra boost to moral and will also get higher moral them
self's when fighting among the team. Leaders will have ability to call artillery
and air strikes. They will also have better maps what they can use to give orders.
MOVING ON THE BATTLEFIELD:
Realistic stamina system, that will have effect on your aim and other physical
conditions. No “bunny-hopping”, higher obstacles must be climbed over. Also
special environments like swamp and snow will be done different so that they
will effect on moving.
THE FUTURE:
List of features that will be implemented in somewhere future
-Skiing forces
-Driveable vehicles
-German armies in Finland

Looks like it's up to me to make a winter war mod.
Zitax: Time flies, eh? And some people are overly optimistic anyway :F So our stuff is going to be used for the Forgotten Hope so not all is lost.
Olis muuten hiton hyva juttu jos saisit annettua kaikki jaljella olevat skinit/modellit FH2 modille, niin ei menis kaikki se tyo hukkaan ja ainakin ne elais toisessa modissa, joka on muutenkin hyvin suosittu ja varmasti yha moni suomalainen alkaisi pelaamaan sita. Tuolla foorumilla on jo kysytty ja toivottu, etta saavatko suomalaiset enempi huomiota FH2:ssa ja tama varmasti antaisi sita. Respect ripa :B

rmv: Dude, it's like 2 years since you lats realesed something, and ppl are yelling "OMFG MOD DEAD", I don't think ppl are waiting for this mod :S
That mod's single player campaign is broken lol It's impossibly hard. Hell on the first couple missions the half-assed militia take out your whole squad almost every time.
Just to confirm that no one's working on this anymore. Go play Finnish Defence Forces mod for OFP:Resistance instead of waiting :/
