This patch fixes some rather ugly sprite bugs from 13038 and tweaks some items around to make some mid and end game items more relevant.
Remedy is nerfed, and Esuna is buffed, making White Magic more important, item less dominant, and multi-status infliction more powerful.

ABILITY
- Swordskills now trigger Counter Magic
- Heretic Strike damage lowered, MP cost raised to 24
- Remedy can no longer cure Petrify or Frog
- JP cost of all Chemist status curing skills down to 25, Remedy is 200
- Esuna can now cure any Negative Status
ITEM
- Escutcheon II now provides same status immunities as Barette
- Masamune adds 1 Speed
- Chirijiraden adds 2 MA
- Fire, Ice, Lightning Rods now cast lvl 3 Magic
- Main Gauche back to 40% W-EV
- Coral Sword is now 25% to cast Bolt 3
- Madlemgen (Book) is now Dark Elemental
- Flame Whip is once again Fire Elemental, 9 WP, 25% Cast Fire 4, doesn't ignore EV
- Yoichi Bow down to 8 Range, WP down from 16 to 13
- Holy Lance can now cast Holy Explosion instead of Holy
- Javelin II can now cast Zodiac
- Mythril Bow now gives + 3 MA
- Ultimus bow now gives 1 Speed
- Perseus Bow down to 7 Range, gained 25% Deadly Strike
- Romanda Gun WP up from 6 to 8
- Mythril Gun replaced with Chocobo Gun: 3 Range, 11 WP, Ignores Evasion, Icon Changed
- Ivory Rod (Steal Only) now Leeches MP, WP up from 11 to 14
