Field Command: Napoelon v4.0 Change Log

1. Visuals & Sound:
   - Cannonfire and musketfire sfx upgrade
   - Smoke and blood upgrade (LOTS of blood now)
   - Smoother firing animations
   - New general portraits for all factions
   - New standard bearer logic
   - New Duchy of Warsaw battle colors
   - Custom battle UI tooltip enhancements - all vital stats now shown when hovering over unit cards
   
   
2. Mechanics:
   - 30 unit armies! Unit costs cut -20% to compensate
   - Howitzer damage balancing
   - Historically accurate unicorn behavior
   - Generals can now skirmish to automatically escape danger
   - General deaths no longer punish the army to the same degree. However fleeing Generals will!
   - 2 rank fire for all infantry except militia
   - Reduced Militia unit sizes from 300 to 230 (same as line to prevent mass meta with 30 units)
   - Reduced cost of dragoons by -100, but inspire ability removed
   - Increased cost of cavalry wearing plate armor +100
   - Reduced run speed for infantry, no changes to marching speeds
   - Halved skirmisher numbers and increased accuracy +35%
   - Mounted Infantry unit size increased to 120 but charge bonus completely removed - use Mounted Inf to scout, flank, secure points or to just generally be a nuisance to your opponent
   - British rockets nerf

   - Landwehr Uhlans
   - Swathe of new Dutch units
   - Swathe of new Italian units
   - US named generals
