I was scared about low FPS because in editor mode there is only about 10 FPS usually. Luckily there is still 30-70 FPS in game mode.
What does cause so low FPS in editor? Sometimes I'm not able to pass through door for the low FPS.

...anyway thanks for the newest patch. I can see through portal to far distance now and the destroyed car can get renew now but it doesn't get the default position, but the current position.

hmm ok, will add a ressurection to default position.
about the FPS:

my FPS entity distance scaler doesn't work in editor mode, but in game mode. can't avoid that, it seems in editor the whole physicalisation of props / entities is different handled like in realgame. also it seems occluder areas in editor mode not always work correct.
also did u have noticed that the renderquality in game mode is much better than in editor mode? make screenshots from same scene and the difference is drastically, very strange.
if you have still performance problems, turn down first the shadow quality or switch on the opcl_fps_scalerlimitshadowviewdist= 1 in console or in game menu.

try also
opcl_fps_scalemode
"switch on off scale system settings depending on current fps.\n"
"Usage: opcl_fps_scalemode Default is 0 in Operation Clearing \n"
"[0/1/2/3] 0=off 1=on/smooth 2=on/aggressive 3=on/special mode.");

switch that in game menu or in console (doubble click in editor in console input line and scroll down to opcl section), hover with mouse over the commands for tooltips!
