Description
This is Converting Pivot, the POWER STRUCTURE of Cybernation Line.
It always converts between two phases every certain minutes. The DEVELOPMENT Phase will unlimitedly power your base, and the INVASION Phase will strengthen your army but not provide any power to your base.

Leave him be, mate. His english, while it is kind of odd at times, is still good enough to understand what he is trying to say. Don't you say that he needs to improve his english when you are the one here writing stuff like 'u' or 'ur'. If I would have to nitpick, you didn't even bother to add apostrophe into 'its'. So yeah. If you want to criticize, then at least write it properly, please.
