This is Epic and I have no idea how I have missed this for 2+ years.
Mod doesn't start for me. :(
I have HL2 installed and set up in Windows 11 and Ubuntu (Linux). I installed as directed and the mod doesn't launch at all. HL2 is fully set up the way I want it and works without any issues. I just reinstalled it... been AGES since I've played HL2... really put it back on just for this mod. All of my drivers are up to date, Steam is up to date... did I miss something in my setup?
OK NVM... installed all the available extras in Win11 and it's now working for me. Can't wait to get beat by some yellow duck bastids, wish me luck!

Got crashed when I reached the sniper section at outside gmod.
I'll try to get that fixed soon. I'll just update the latest file to v1.3.1, since not much would change.

I reinstalled half life 2 and both episodes, source SDK(both singleplayer 2013 and original one),reset it, installed different versions of mod, but still miss crowns models(on every npc they are used on) and shine on toy chica, but everything else seems to work perfectly fine.
Anybody knows how to solve it?

Edit: Mod is amazing anyways.
Wait... do I need all these extras you mention to get the mod to work for me? I only have the base game installed now.
I might be able to fix the Toy Chica texture, but I don't know what could make the crown models not show up.
