Non-combat skills matter, charisma matters, no more dump stats. Reworked combat: All firearms and blades inflict bleeding, making prolonged fights deadly. Amount of drugs was drastically reduced. Food items were enhanced, now they give short stat bonuses. You can choose from fewer weapons, but each has its role.
