A simple mod that makes Ghouls playable. Nothing special is changed as far as the dialog and game options are, just how you look.

Here it is. The over-sized child problem still exists. If I ever fix that I'll re-release. I decided to add a +5 disposition modifier for other ghouls. Any and all feedback is appreciated. Enjoy!
