The MG-15 was developed by Rheinmetall for Germany's Luftwaffe as a flexible mounted machine gun, but was also used in the fixed position as well. Though, by 1943, the obsolete MG-15 was gradually being phased out of the fixed machine gun role, and was replaced by the more effective 13mm and 15mm machine guns. A number of MG-15s were modified with a stock and bipod for use with Lufftwaffe infantry units on the ground, as the Luftwaffe had no need for lighter calibre fixed weapons. It remainded in service until the end of the war as a flexible defense armament mounted in aircraft.

Hmm, a gun that reaches over a kilometer, good stuff, should be good for snipering, heh :P
Looks like an odd gun to me, were do you hold it? or do you throw it on the ground? But still a nice model.
Thy johnson gun :D
But I like it, gj
It's mainly used in aircraft as a defense weapon. Like the back of the stuka.
