Chaos Hour is a Enhancement mod that aims to improve the game while fixing bugs that have been present in the game along the way.
General Tao found his Dragon Tanks to be unsuitable to his needs and not fitting to his scheme. To that end, he has renamed it to the RAD Tank and modified them to release streams of burning nuclear radiation. While it doesn't have the Firewall ability of the Dragon, it can fire a ball that releases a large field of radiation on impact.
