Wanted to ask around anyone following the project if they can lend me a helping hand in my endeavors. This is something I've come across when texturing the Battle Sisters. I want to reserve the Trim 2 for army painting of the Sisters of Battle to go to the cloth lining found in the miniatures (example being Sacred Rose's black cloth with red on the opposite side).
However I need help opening the models first if I want to edit the uv map and wanted to ask if anyone is willing to prepare a successful 3ds Max session with the model ready for editing so that I can make the proper texture edits. This means that when imported, the bones are correct, the bone influence is distributed evenly and the model is smoothed as to avoid polygons clashing with the lighting of the game. I have 3ds Max 2008 so all I need is a proper import.
I would like to have this new feature applied before the release. I'm getting close having the Battle Sisters finalized. Aside from a few edits, all I need to texture is the Heavy Bolter, the Seraphim hand flamers for UA and the golden bolter.
