Version 0.9 has been released! This new version officially makes the Redux Mod standalone as the gameplay has been completely overhauled to provide a new DoW experience. You can read all the major changes here (highly recommend reading before playing).
To install, open up the 7zip file and drag and drop the Redux folder and module into your Dawn of War Soulstorm directory. If you have a previous version of Redux installed already, MAKE SURE to delete that first. This next installation cuts a lot of files out of the mod and will take up less space if you delete the previous installment. Redux now extends its Locale files to more languages so if you're seeing No Range issues in your game, these should be fixed when playing a foreign language. If you still see these errors, make sure to provide what language option you're playing so I can cover it in future releases.
V0.9 only has 3 playable races so far: Space Marines, Chaos Marines and Imperial Guard. The new armour system changes many of the core mechanics of the game and thus the work needed to make an entire faction playable is enormous and requires a lot more time. Each version after 0.9 will include 2 more races into the game until all 9 factions are playable before hitting 1.0. Changelog files have been removed as the amount of changes done to the game are too numerous to list. The changelog link listed above will tell you the most important changes to the mod.

I've started this mod up, and when I open the skirmish menu, the only races visible are the imperial guard,chaos and space marines. Do I need the previous versions to have all the races available?

The game restarts but "failed to active the requested game"
Is it necessary to download other files besides Beta 0.9? It is my first time with this mod...

Only advice I have is start the game in -dev mode, and once the mod fails, check the Logfiles folder in your directory and look into the warning file for what could be causing your problem.

No. Maps from the Mission Editor are limited to 1024x1024. My mod has no bearing on the ME.
hello, sorry i don't know why but, when i put the redux folder in the main folder of the game it doesn't change anything. Maybe im doing it wrong i don't know. If you can help me by a tutorial or anything would be great =).
You have to select the mod from the Game Manager on the main menu.
Absolutely marvelous. The detail, oh the detail. You've managed to create a UI which is not only simple and practical, but also completely stunning.

P.S. Will take me a while to get used to reversed minimap and command positions but oh well.
So glad this is being done! UA's good but I prefer the vanilla experience.
