Step in the boots of a Civil Protection Unit trapped right in the middle of the Uprising in this modification for Entropy : Zero.
A lot of HUDs, one that fixes minor stuff in EZU (and P:Z)'s HUD, and then one that does those fixes but also makes the HUD more consistent with each other, plus new concepts like ILLEGAL and having cops not have standard issue grenades. and then one that adds some extra stuff to the previous HUD. PLUS versions that don't change the grenades being standard issue (for E8) Plus a bunch of other P:Z huds things that I'll explain more later.

This is my E:Z-U AND P:Z HUD fixes after I did EZ1 so those are now in these, plus special huds with special things.
Unfortunately, I had to bundle the P:Z hud with the EZU cause uh... P:Z doesn't have an addon space but I still want to share it to the world.
This addon updates the EZU and P:Z HUD by fixing any yellow still left from HL2's HUD, such as the background panels which flash yellow when switching between weapons or hudhints flashing yellow instead of blue. And a bunch of other cool things that will be talked separately in the following.
So, we're starting with Uprising first cause this is the Uprising addon space, so what changed? Well, in base Entropy:Zero and that also means Uprising, the HUD is blue, but not every part is BLUE, see something that wasn't touched, (at least not a lot) was the hudanimations.txt and hudsanimations_ep2.txt which controls well the HUD animations. So when theres a color change, its done in there (and maybe the cilentscheme or hudlayout). So when you change weapons, the ammo panel will flash yellow, so now its blue which just makes and feel better. All of this included in the ezu1_hud_minor folder, no extra changes are made unlike the other huds.
Then there's the dorm_ezu1_hud and dorm_ezu1_extra_hud, dorm_extra is the exact same as dorm_hud except for the manhack icon being changed to the one used in Human Error. dorm_hud changes the names of the weapon to be more consistent with each other and EZ2 (somewhat), so just as an example, say any of the Civil Protection weapons are labelled as "Civil Protection S.I. Weapon" however, the manhack and mp7 include "Officer S.I." which could make sense, if not for the whole Overwatch Standard Issue thing which in EZ1, whenever a soldier weapon is acquired, its labelled as TROOP S.I. implying its used for unauthorized weapons, so officer is removed on the CP weapons. Additionally due to all the new weapons available in EZU1, these have also received name changes to try and make them consistent like the revolver being labelled by its full name or new names given to rebel made weapons along with new (classifications) such as (Illegal) and (Unregistered) which I'll explain in the section below.
So just to make it clear what changed name wise, im just gonna do what i did for the necrocop and the previous hud addon on the ez1 addon space where i list out what is changed.

So new terms were added, I thought Out of Service was a cool term in EZ2 and I think it'd be cool if we had more options, Unregistered means weapons used by the Combine but haven't been used by them, or stole from them, or are unmarked. Then there's Illegal which is the harsher verison of Unauthorized, as in weapons that aren't used by the Combine cause they're either improvised weaponry, or are too dangerous any hands of certain units, like cops having fucking rocket launchers.
On top of these huds, there's a second variant of these huds that were changed just for E8 cause he didn't like the fact I said cops shouldn't use grenades, so now there's a hud that says the Cops use grenades, (noncanon for sure, definetely, don't believe his lies) B)

Skip ahead if you don't care about Prospekt:Zero, cause there's some information necessary to know how to download and fix a problem that may occur if you run Dorm_Extra_Hud on EZ1 but not EZU.
So what changed? Well, in base Entropy:Zero and that also means Uprising, the HUD is blue HOWEVER in Prospekt:Zero, the hud is red, but not every part is Red. And just the other huds, all that pesky yellow has been changed to red. All of this included in the pz_minor_stuff folder, no extra changes are made unlike the other huds.
Then there's the dorm_pz_h.... uhh... sorry we don't got that here. See P:Z got some special treatment, there is no Dorm_pz_hud cause I bascially created 3 catergories, dorm, pz, ez2, and shuffled them around.
We got the EZ2_PZ_HUD which uses the Red color from the EZ2 hud plus names in P:Z (no font change though, I'm not touching that with a twenty foot pole)
We got the Dorm_PZ_Hud which uses the actual Prison Guard Shotgunner's eye color plus custom names for the weapons to be more consistent with E:Z2 but also my other huds while still maintaining certain elements from P:Z.
We got the Dorm_PZ_PZColor_Hud which is the Dorm PZ Hud but with PZ's colors.
And we got Dorm_EZ2_PZ_Hud which is the EZ2_PZ_Hud but with the PG Shotgunner's eye color.
I think everyone already knows EZ2's gun and health and armor names so I'm just gonna put down the custom names for my huds.

So yea, that's P:Z.
Anyways to take from user4200 to explain what to do with the folder you downloaded and unzip.
Or not, see, when it comes to hud stuff, the custom folder doesnt really work, so you will have to replace the files which is why the og hud is packaged with the zip if you ever want to revert back. Remember to delete any extra stuff that comes with dorm_hud or dorm_extra_hud since it may affect other huds. Just schlop the resource and scripts folder into the Uprising or ProskeptZero folder and it should work. You just have to manually remove the stuff if you want to change huds.
On another note, if you do use dorm_extra_hud, the extra hud does affect mods, the manhacktoss weapon losses its icon in mods such as Uprising and Proskept:Zero, so be aware, I have implemented a fix in the form of the folder called "people who use the ez1 extra hud but dont want to here" which just has the og manhacktoss txt file, put it in the scripts and override the one there if need be.
Additonally, the EZ1 addon will break Proskept:Zero, an EZ1 mod's base HUD, the proper fix to this is to just add ez1's base hudanimations.txt, which I've put inside a folder called "pz_base_hud fix for those using any ez1 huds by me" just shove it in where it need be and it'll fix the base hud.
Lastly, both zip files have the og huds packaged in them if you ever want to change them out for any reason. I reccomend looking at the og huds files before just schlopping it into the game folder cause there are defientely extra files that had to be added.
