Can this mod work together with the HTR 1.3 or just everything will crash?

If you want to combine HRT Pack 1.3 with Endless Summer, download Endless Summer base mod (not Full Edition). Install clean game, then HRT Pack 1.3 (autoinstaller) > Endless Summer (base mod) > updates.
Full Edition is not compatible with other mods.
how to get this working with real cars 1.5.3 ?
Try to install Real Cars over this mod, do not forget about backups.
Game crashes (Windows 7 64-bit) after entering red shadow activating Just Business Mission with Big Smoke? Is there a fix for this or has anyone had this problem?
I think, this is not connected with mod, because original GTA SA works not good on Windows 7 64-bit. But you can try to disable CLEO scripts or restore original trees from Bonus folder and try to pass mission again.
I am not able to download it through my download manager and it shows somekind of error after some time when i am downloading it through my browser. because my net speed is slow i use a download manager.so plz can you uplode it to mediafire or any other site which supports a download manager.
Maybe later I will make mirror for this file, but not now (my Internet speed is very slow too, especially for transmission).
You can try extension for Firefox which named DownThemAll ( Addons.mozilla.org ), with this download manager I can without problems download files from Mod DB and its mirror with higher speed.
Also more economic variant is download base mod and updates separately.
But i have crome
Downloaded mod and installed on steam clean version, but keeps crashing when i listen to music on radio.
Mod is not tested with Steam. Try to install downgrader of Steam version (3.0) to earlier before the mod. Or just install mod over retail version.
