Well, sorry...but...it looks like foggy Oblivion.
I must disagree, the grapics are way better and sure, it's a bit blurry like it was taken in motion but that is the picture and not the mod.
Yes definitely bloomy like Oblivion. How i hate this effect.

The textures are a lot better,but I admit that it looks a bit like Oblivon(the colors)
Loved Oblivion, Vibrant colors are awesome, There are heaps of mods that add the affects of what oblivion had (in early stages) for skyrim, I for one cant wait to play, as I actually like oblivion slightly more then skyrims base game

what kind of system will one need to max this at 1080p and beyond?
Take Skyrim install some hightexture mods and play for 4 hours without any lag and u got the system :D
