This mod is a small modification which simply changes the provinces in the Americas to be colonisable, akin to Africa. I have made it so, due to the life rating system, it is colonisable during about the late 1870s, early 1880s, premeditating the Scramble for Africa by five years to about a decade.

I've actually wanted a mod like this for a while. definitely playing it right now.Would it be possible to give this mod the HPM base?
I actually wanted to make a HPM supported version of this mod, as HPM has a lot of the events and features (such as colonial revolts and giving cores to puppets), I'll look into it.
