More a theme pack than anything else, this mod features some noteworthy features, like new weapons, and items.
This mod was first created long ago (before 3drealms statement on the subject) as an attempt to learn how to code in QuakeC. It succeded quite well.

Given that I haven't touched this in ages, the fact that this mod is pretty much under the radar, and also due to the fact that I have been putting most of my efforts into TROH (The Rememberance of Hate) and it's sister deathmatch mod TWOF (The Winds of Fate), I feel it's time for me to finally accept what I've been refusing to do. The Remake is dead.
I've taken the screenshots of the originally intended remake off of the gallery, and will probably be uploading some screenshots of the currently availible version. Additionally, once my hosting problems have been resolved, I'll see about putting up a repackaged version for you poor mac users ;)
It's been a wonderful ride remembering those past years of mine during which this mod was being made, and looking at how TROH itself is currently shaping up due to the influence of this mod. (Read: TROH is now light years ahead of this, both in the coding department, etc.)
Once the next version of TROH is really ready, and I can find somewhere to put it, I'll submit a moddb profile for TROH.
Once again, thank you all for your support to this mod, and I hope you and all who come after enjoy this blast from the past. :)
