This mod was made using all of the knowledge I obtained through my years of playing Yuri's Revenge mods. No, I did not copy and paste everything. Although, I won't deny that it is heavily inspired by AI developed in mods like Extra Hard, VSINI, Mental Omega, and ACBC10.

Manage to replicate this unit in YR from TS. Here is me performing various tests for it. This unit will surely help out the powerful but slowed Soviet's playstyle.
Attention! This unit is for the upcoming new second side for the mod, where I will heavily modify the game. This unit will not be available in the standard version, where we keep it relatively close to vanilla.
