To answer you, I do not have an account on the hl2-beta.ru site, although I do know of it- the great deal of Russian (which again, I cannot speak) on said website made me somewhat scared of making an account there, fearing I wouldn't be able to answer questions/participate fully on the website.

It's probably a silly question, but I really want to know.
Is there any way to start this mod on Windows 98? Why? Because I wanna try some Voodoo 3 emulation tweaks using 86Box, so it would look like PSX game even more than now.

I don't know if it will work on Windows 98, since all work has been currently made for it to work on the Steam version of HL1 (I presume the OG HL version is also different). Do let me know if you get it working though!
