This is a spin-off of the Divergence of Darkness-HPM Mod That I have developed for a while now. It Features many extra decisions and a few additional tags as well as fixing some issues with HPM like the rgo techs and removing events that can screw you without warning.

I'm a bit confused, even though I hold all of the Kingdom of Arles' cores, I can't form it. Plus, I can't find it in the countries list, and it seems that in your PDF, it is referred to as Arpitinia. Likewise, I see no ''Triple Monarchy decision''

What nation are you trying to form Arles as? Also I'll have a look at Plantagenia in next update to check for some bugs
