Bugs and typos:

• Fix the basic strength-damage modifier for grandinquisitors and master thugs.
• Correct a typo in the name ID of the skill Attack on Titan, so that the name shows correctly

General Tweaks:

• fighter class basic attribute change: str-1, edu+1
• archer class basic attribute change: str+1, dex-1
• rogue class basic attribute change: str-1, mov+1
• overall price change for archer class due to class attribute change

Unit Tweaks:

• Fighters from the Alliance tech-tree, expect Grove Rider: mov+1, spd-1
• imperial knight: agi-1, mov+1, price increase
• paladin: agi-1, move+1, price increase
• holy defender: dex-1, move+1, price increase
• battle mage: edu-1, spd+1
• wizard (when using his grimoire): spd+1 at level 19 and 22, instead of res_mind
• elementalist: gain the skill Call upon the Power at level 24, and spd+1 is delayed at level 27; on longer gain edu+1 through levelup
• phantom warrior: dex+1, agi-1

Skill Tweaks:

• Weapon and Shield: remove other effect, add agi+5
• Master Swordsman: add str+1, spd+1, reduce dex gain to only 1 (from 2)
